The pituresque water town of Xitang in Jiaxing City of east China’s Zhejiang Province, is a slow-paced getaway from nearby frenetic Shanghai - (during the week - not on weekends!). The cobbled streets, bridges that arch over canals, historic buildings and rowing boats all combine to lend a bygone atmosphere to the town. Here a model in traditional dress appears to be lost in her own thoughts as she is transported across the still green water.
